H.D. brings compliance and regulatory expertise with a strong foundation in law and insurance. Before transitioning into compliance, he privately practiced law in until 2017 when he shifted his focus to the insurance industry, specializing in subrogation and regulatory compliance. He has since developed and implemented regulatory compliance programs while simultaneously educating clients on the topic of Fiduciary Duty and Transparency.  

H.D. earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Corrections while playing collegiate baseball before moving to Michigan where he earned his Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. His diverse experience in law, insurance, and regulatory compliance makes him a valuable leader in navigating complex reporting and compliance requirements. 

Outside the office, H.D. spends his time fly fishing, camping, taking in sporting events, and hanging out with his wife and daughters. 

Phil Harrison is a dynamic healthcare consultant and sales leader with over 30 years of experience in the health-tech and healthcare industries. He is passionate about solving problems that reduce the cost of healthcare services and protect the health and wealth of plan participants and sponsors.

Throughout his career, Phil has demonstrated deep expertise in driving business development, forging strategic partnerships, and implementing cutting-edge technologies to enhance health benefits plans. He has a proven track record of serving diverse groups, including those with 2 to 500,000 participants, and collaborating effectively with TPA’s, Benefit Firms, Health Plans, General Agents, PEO’s, Health Systems, and State/Federal programs. He is driven by achieving tangible financial and quality wins for all stakeholders.

A lifelong Georgian based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, Phil enjoys spending time with his wife and two adult sons, traveling for work and pleasure, and pursuing his lifelong quest to refine his golf game and fishing skills.
